Meet your new big best friend! Hi! My name is Jackie...the ultimate lap cat. I do anything for a scratch on my head and love to cuddle in your lap for hours and hours. I am 17 lbs of pure love and affection for the right owners. I have had it rough in the first few years of my life....my current owner rescued me from the Humane Society. Now, after 4 years and lots of love in my current home...I have not been getting along with my mommy's 2 young children. I need a quiet home with no young children where I can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. I love other dogs and cats. I am updated on all my shots and am neutered and front declawed. I also had eye surgery some years back and my right eyelid tends to droop but it doesn't bother me at all. I can see just fine! Please give me a chance and I will show you just how lucky you are to have a cat like me!

In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these “adopt from owner” pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.
