Very friendly black-and-white male cat for adoption ASAP - he came to us as a stray, but I’m very allergic and can’t keep him for much longer. He behaves very well with my 8-year old daughter, no signs of aggression, very much likes human contact and rubbing up against you. We took him to the vet, who believes he’s about 4-5 years old. He had a wound which had to be cleaned and treated on his right front paw, he was also treated for fleas. We’re not seeing any signs of fleas anymore, so it seems the treatment worked. He hasn’t been declawed. He has made a remarkable comeback and he’s pretty lively. We don’t really have any information about shots or whether or not he’s fixed.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
