In some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their 
pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. 
In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. 
Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided.
 In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be
 dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.

Kassidy was 1 of a litter of 5 kittens who were bottle feed for about 2 weeks. He is very friendly and affectionate. He was adopted as a young kitten and returned due to one of the children having severe allergies. The family tried everything they could but nothing worked and after their son was hospitalized the 2nd time, they made the heartbreaking decision to bring him back. He is 1.5 years old, loves other cats and dogs and is good with children. He is leukemia negative, neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on his vaccines.
