Update 11/5/2015
How can this cat still be wating for a home?  He's simply gorgeous!  Little Tommy Possum ( Thomas) is about 1 year old and still waiting for the perfect home. He is a bit shy at first and is appealingly quirky, adding to his charm. His beautiful fluffy coat and wiry, crinkled whiskers make him totally irresistible. He looooves other cats and once he gets to know a human, he enjoys play time and some petting. He even has a sense of humor: he will sneak up behind you when you're sitting on the sofa and munch your hair. Didn't we say he was quirky? If you have another playful young cat or two and the patience to let Tommy settle in, you'll gain a stunningly good looking cat when you adopt this boy.

Update 7/14/2015  Thomas is STILL looking for a home, can you believe it??  All of his siblings have found a home so he's hanging out with fellow foster LouLou and enjoying tumbling around with him quite a bit.  He really does need another young cat as a playmate so if you have a friendly young cat right now, or plan to adopt 2, this handsome boy is the right cat for you!  He's sweet, chirpy and friendly after he gets to know you.  Very handsome boy!

Original post:  Sporting a jaunty black eye patch that matches his long, thickly feathered black tail is tiny and terrific Thomas. As sweet as he is striking, he is one of the cozy and cute Michael cat crew, together with brother, Buttons Anthony, and sister, Marie. At 8 months of age and an elegant 8 pounds, tender little Thomas is loving puss-onified.

Good with other cats and fully litter box trained, he is neutered, FeLV/FIV negative, and vaccinated. His dream of a perfect future? Being adopted with one of his sweet and snuggly siblings.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
