Donnor and her siblings, Nicholas, Holly and Blitzen, were found motherless under a trailer. They were newborn with no mother to be found in the area. A kind lady called the Cat Shack for advice; and one of our volunteers stepped up to rescue and save these babies from certain starvation and death. They were already close to death by the time they were rescued, but our volunteer brought them back and bottle fed them until they were old enough to be transferred to foster care.
They are all beautiful kittens, extremely friendly, social, loving and purr machines. Being bottle babies, they are used to being handled and want to be picked up and loved.
They will be ready for their new homes and adoption in time for Christmas.
The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA. The first step in adoption is to...
