4/21/2012 "Thunder" and his brother "Thaddeus" were returned to The Cat Shack through absolutely no fault of their own and are the most affectionate, loveable guys ever!

Thunder is now approx 7-8 yrs old, is front declawed, is current with vaccines, and has been retested for FIV and Felv.  He is negative for FelV, but positive for FIV which is just a feline immune deficiency virus that can only be passed through a deep bite wound, which with Thunder's personality is not likely to ever happen.

Cats with FIV can generally live a very normal long, healthy life!

Please consider giving Thunder a new home as he will make someone a wonderful loving companion. 

07/03/2004 Thunder and the rest of his brothers were just rescued and now would love to find the love of their life!! 

All boys are very friendly, loved to be held and will purr the minute you pick them up!! What more could you ask for!! They do like to play and run around, so we do ask that they either be adopted in pairs or go to a home that already has a feline present. This way they will have someone to keep them company and to play with them. 

Thunder would really like to be adopted with his brother, Thaddeus. These two boys are always with each other and we would hate to see them seperated. 

Thunder is about 8-10 weeks old and will be tested for FeLV and FIV and brought up to date on vaccinations within the next week. He will also be dewormed.

 Please help Thunder find the home he is looking for!!

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
