10/30/2003 Tails seems to be doing fine in his new home. He is getting along and playing with his new brother, who just so happens to look exactly like Tails from behind. Thank you Marlene for taking Tails in and giving him the love and attention that he needed. 09/30/2003 Tails has finally come out of his shell. He is a wonderful, loving kitty who loves attention. He just needed some time to adjust to his new environment.

Tails seem to be ok with other cats but he probably would do best either by himself or with a female kitty. He also seems to be good with dogs.

Tails does take a day or two to adjust to his new home but after that he loves to follow you around. He loves being brushed and will come running to you when he sees his brush. He also loves to play with his special wand toy. He will play with just about any toy but his favorite is his wand toy. He will jump a few feet in the air to get it.

Tails is a black and white kitty who is about 2 years old. He was rescued from a bad situation in NJ where a older man thought he was doing a good thing by taking in two stray cats. Needless to say he didn't get them fixed and two years later there were 40+ cats. Most of Tails relatives have been adopted and poor Tails can't seem to understand why he is still in his foster home.

Tails is a long lean boy with a cute face. It looks like he may have some sort of exotic breed in him.

Tails is neutered, vaccinated and is negative for FeLV and FIV. Please consider giving Tails the loving home he is looking for and so much deserves.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
