06/04/2004 Serena is part of a litter of 3. She is the most outgoing of the three and purrs up a storm. She loves to play with her toy mice and enjoys being held when she isn't busy playing. Serena is about 8 weeks old.

Serena needs to be adopted with one of her siblings or go to a home with another feline present. This way she has a companion to keep her company. Serena is an orange and white medium haired kitty who will require regular brushing when she gets older. She was also born without a tail. Our veterinarian gave her a wellness check and seemed to find no problems due to this genetic defect. She may down the road have problems with her back due to missing her last vertebrae which is common in the manx breed.

Serena is vaccinated, negative for FeLV and FIV and dewormed. She will be spayed as part of her adoption fee.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
