Adoption Pending!!!

Scooter (pictured here) and Skeeter (shown separately) are adorable, happy, friendly twins born to Emily, a sweet, medium long-hair stray cat who was receiving handouts from an elderly couple. Emily was taken into foster care on a Friday night and Skeeter and Scooter arrived into the world on Sunday morning! Scooter has beautiful medium long-hair like her Mom and a rich black coat with a white spot on her chest. Skeeter is a short-hair male with a white spot on his chest who appears to be black at first glance. However, he has definite tabby stripes showing through and a light gray undercoat in many areas – an unsually colored cat!

Scooter is the more adventurous and outgoing of the two – she literally goes scooting around when given the opportunity. Skeeter is a little quieter and more laid back, but soon follows his sister’s lead. Since they were just a litter of 2, Scootter and Skeeter are clearly best buddies and want to always stay together.

The kittens have been wormed and are up to date on vaccionation and negative for feline leukemia and FIV. The kittens will also be spayed/neutered by The Cat Shack as part of the adoption agreement when they are old enough.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
