05/25/2006 These two boys can't understand why they are still in foster care. They thought they would be spending the new year in their new home.
Otis and Phoenix are very active boys who need lots of time to play and run around. Do you have room in your heart for these two?
10/26/2005 Otis and Phoenix just arrived in foster care. These two little kittens want nothing more in life than someone to love them. They were living in a dorm room at Bloomsburg University with two girls. Needless to say someone found out that there were two kittens living in a dorm room and these two lost their home.
They were then taken back to the pet store where they were bought. The pet store said if they took the kittens back they would euthanize them. They ended up at one of our Vet's offices and we took these two precious kittens in.
Otis and Phoenix are believed to be brothers but we aren't 100% sure. They are estimated to be about 4 months old. Both are very friendly and love to play. Otis is very playful and Phoenix is the more docile one.
Otis is up to date on vaccination, dewormed, and tested negative for FeLV. He will be neutered when he is 6 months old.
We would really like to see these two kittens be adopted together. If they have to be separated then they MUST be adopted to a home that already has another cat present as these two need a companion to keep them company.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA. The first step in adoption is to...
