12/22/07 "Harriett" is a very cute little calico kitten with medium length hair.....estimated to be 8-10 wks old. She and her brother "Ozzie" were found along with their stray Mom (Cherie) wandering from deck to deck for shelter in a neighborhood near PetSmart in Whitehall. Lucky for them, one of the residents in these townhouses were able to borrow traps and rescue these guys.

Harriett is starting to really settle into foster care and is enjoying being petted and cuddled. She will soon be able to be seen in person in one of our adoption centers after the holiday.

Harriett is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV and FeLV and will be spayed as part of the adoption agreement. Since Hariett is so young, we would like to adopt her along with another kitten or into a home with another feline companion.

Please note :The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, "special-needs" cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
