Elmer is a lovable little guy who was born to a shy Mother cat being fed by a kind woman. Elmer has a littermate who is shy like his mother, but Elmer figured out just how wonderful people can be and decided there is no point in being shy! This little guy is happy, playful, and affectionate. He was born with a slight permanent kink in his tail which just makes him that much more interesting. Elmer is about 4 months old as of October 20 and has already been neutered vaccinated and tested (negative) for feline leukemia and FIV. He is rooming with Jerry, Jamie and Jessie and would like to be adopted with one of them or else to a home with another feline anxious for a new companion. He is a happy-go-lucky little fellow who will be a joy to own. Elmer will be at the Allentown Petco on Lehigh Street on Sunday, October 24 from 11 to 2, and hopes you will come to meet him there!

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
