12/09/07 "Dion" was born to a stray Mom in a Mobile Home Park up in the Slatington area. His siblings who have now been recently adopted were "Samson" and "Julie". As you can see in his picture, "Dion" is a very cute fuzzy little guy. Dion is still a little shy if approached too quickly but instantly purrs when you hold him. He would do best adopted with another kitten to keep him company or into a home with another feline companion as he loves to play!!

Dion is current on vaccines, has tested negative for FIV and FeLV and will be neutered as part of the adoption agreement.

Please note :The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, "special-needs" cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $65 adoption donation!

All adopters also get an adoption gift bag with some free samples of cat products and a 4lb bag of Science Diet cat food.
