06/09/2006 Alex was recently rescued by one of our volunteers. They just moved into their new house and the previous owner's left their cat behind.

Alex is an all black female cat who as we discovered is spayed. She is very sweet and affectionate. She is rather petite and estimated to be about 8-10 years old.

Alex would love a home of her own where she will be loved and taken care of for the rest of her life. Alex doesn't seem to mind other cats but we are not sure about dogs. Alex is a very sweet cat who loves attention and loves to be held. She would love to spend her golden years in the comfort of someone who truly loves her.

Alex is up to date on vaccinations and negative for FeLV and FIV. All she needs is lots of love and a forever home.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
