Katy is a beautiful medium size tortoiseshell female cat. She has been a wonderful momto her six kittens and found them a great place to be born to be cared for and then given to us to get them adopted. She is quiet and loving. Very relaxed, loves to lay next to you and snuggle and loves knowing someone is there next to her. She is a great lap cat...would love her own home.  

Nov.11,2013 Katy just came home from having her spaying surgery. She is doing great. No mmore babies after a lifetime of having kittens. Her health is great. Fur growing out more. Gaining some 
weight. She was not healthy when I got her. Now she is healthy and so loving.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
