In some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.

This is Wolf. She's five and again part of the TNR program and one of 
the kittens trapped and brought inside at a very young age. She is a 
talker with a very strange meow, almost sounds a bit like a Siamese, but 
she's initially very shy, but extremely lovable and loves attention once 
she's comfortable with you. She would do best as the only cat, again 
never been around dogs and kids. But she loves to be pet, although not 
to be picked up. She has a thick coat but is super soft when you touch 
her. She is spayed and again I will get her shots if the person who 
wants her wants them done. She did have the initial rabies/distemper shots.
