In some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.
Hansel & Gretyl are brother and sister. The gray one is Hansel (male) and
the brown one is Gretyl (female). They were born in March 1999. They
have both been fixed and declawed front and back. I have found records
from adoption till 2002. They received their shots up till then. Have
no other info. They are inside cats and have always lived together with
their owner. They both use the litter box. They were adopted from a
shelter in Voorhees, NJ in 1999 but the shelter is no longer in
business. My mother-in-law passed away suddenly and she was the only
one left to take care of them.. My husband and I have been trying to
find homes for them, but are not having much luck. My son is extremely
allergic so we cannot keep them. They are in a house that will be sold
shortly and we need to find homes. We are taking care of them at the
house but they are alone most of the time.
Hansel looks at you and
talks as soon as you come in. He will follow you and have a complete
conversation asking for pets and loving. Please adopt us!
