1/11/11 "Nate" and his sibblings, Nora, & Nigel were discovered at a small engine repair shop suffering from pretty bad Upper Respiratory Infections.  The owner had no intentions other than to feed them so we knew if they had any chance of survival they needed urgent medication.

They were scooped up into foster care and received immediate medical attention.  All have fully recovered from their colds and have been tested negative for FIV & FelV, are current with their vaccines and have been spay/neutered.

Nate is the most outgoing, playful, and very affectionate little guy, while Nigel & Nora may be a little shy at first but once you start petting them melt with affection and seem to not be able to get enough petting. We estimate them to be approx 4-5 months old.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
