Sebastian and Favre are best buddies who have been together since Farve was a kitten. They are not brothers, but think that they are! Their family gave them up due to the arrival of a sick, elderly family member who is severely allergic to cats.

Sebastian (mixed black and white) turned 5 years old in May 2011 and Favre (silver gray tabby) turned 4 years old the same month. The boys are closely bonded with each other. They can often be found sharing a snack, rubbing up against each other as they eat, or curled up together for a nap. They truly are best buddies and therefore need to be adopted together. They are both fairly big boys. Sebastian weighs in at 14.5 pounds and Farve at about 12. Although they are closely bonded to each other, they still want plenty of love and affection from their humans. They come to their foster mom looking for attention and want to be a part of what's going on. They loved to be petted and can be picked up and held.

Sebastian and Farve are in foster care with multiple other cats and get along well with some but not with others. The cats that they do not do well with all seem to be females. So, their ideal new home will have no other cats or else only another male cat or two. Their previous family had two dogs so the boys are quite comfortable with dogs.

Sebastian and Favre have been waiting in foster care for far too long now. Please consider these sweet boys. They'd like to be your new best friends. They are neutered, vaccinated and negative for feline leukemia and FIV.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
