PleIn some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.

This is Henry. Orangy domestic Short Hair. He is a year old. He is VERY playful and friendly, LOVES kids and playing with them...and also loves being held and rubbing his face on yours. It makes me especially sad to have to rehome him because he really is a unique, special cat. He does these little goofy things that are what make people cat lovers. We just recently took him in so he hasn't been to the vet. We were waiting to get everything done when we got him neutered, which would have been soon. He seems to be in fine health. Just needs a check up and rabies shot. He has also never been outside.
