7/20/2011 Alexa and her six siblings were found dumped to the side of a busy road into a cornfield.  After crying for days, a neighbor finally called our rescue group for help.

Poor Alexa had a ruptured eye so it had to be removed, but I don't think she even knows it...she continues to be amazingly sweet, kneading her little front paws, and batting at the dangling feather.

Alexa is also very special being an orange female and to top that has the cinnamon swirls similiar to a classic tabby.

These kittens are estimated to be approx 6 months old and are "unbelieveably sweet"!!  How someone could drop such loving kittens into a cornfield with no food and water is beyond our comprehension.  Every one of them purrs immediately when you pick them up and absolutely love all the attention they can get.

Alexa has already been spayed, is current with her vaccines and has tested negative for FIV and Felv. Any one of these 7 kittens would fit well into almost any situation and all very much lap kitties. 

Please consider adopting one or two of these cuties since with their unexpected arrival in foster care they are unfortunately needing to be fostered without air conditioning.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
