5/5/11- Poor little Rafael has not received ANY applications yet!  Is it because she has a boys name (yes, yes, we know she has a boy's name, but she is a girl!) or do all you great adopters out there need to see some new pictures?  Well, here are some new pics!  She is just beautiful, so sweet and she is one of those cool young cats that would be OK to be adopted as only only pet OR she could be a buddy to other animals in the home.  She is a sweetie, don't overlook her!!

Rafael is a sweet young cat that was found as a thin, cold stray.  She was taken in by a sympathetic man temporarily and she was fattened up, but his allergies made it impossible for her to stay too long.

Rafael lived with a dog in her temporary home and seems to like other furry creatures.  She is talkative and friendly with people.

Rafael is now spayed, tested Neg for FeLV/FIV, is vaccinated and dewormed.   

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
