This handsome guy, we are calling 'Red' found my kids when they were out for a walk.  'Red' came right up to them & wanted someone to pet him.

Red looked kind of rough when they found him, the fur on his back was really matted & dirty but we've cleaned him up & the vet has confirmed that he was already neutered & front declawed & estimates that he is about 6 years old. 

Since he is already neutered & front declawed, Red must have been someone's house cat we did look for an owner but no one has come forward to claim him.  He would love a new forever home.  His new home must be willing to give him a little bit of time to settle in & get adjusted to his new surroundings.  Red is warming up to the other cats & dog at our house but he is still a liitle unsure & alot of the time we find him hanging out by himself.

Red has been to the vet & has tested negative for FeLV/FIV and updated on his vaccinations.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
