In some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.

The cats' rescuer tells us that she has a litter of six kittens living in her backyard.  They are probably about 6 weeks old. SHe cannot just leave them be they have an inground pool and are they afraid the cats will fall in in the dark.  In fact, one of them fell in last night but was lucky enough to be scooped in out with a net. 

They are unable to foster because a family member has severe allergies.  We just feel bad for these poor animals and don’t want them to drown in the pool.

These cats need a safe home soon!
