10/31/09 "Killer" is so sweet, his name is a touch of irony. He is approximately 6-month-old kitten with thick, gray tabby fur and the cutest little round face. He was apparently dumped at a fish farm along with his siblings, Champ and Sandy. Luck for him, a sympathetic cat lover noticed the unfamiliar cats at the farm and decided to seek help for the little family.
Killer got his name because when his rescuer saw him in the woods, she thought he might be a feral (wild) cat. The original plan was to neuter him and put him back on the farm. However, he was so overwhelmingly sweet at the vet's office that we decided that "killer" was not the outside type! This little guy has settled very nicely into foster care, uses the litterbox well and he is very interactive and playful with his foster people. He LOVES to sit on laps and does a "Happy feet" dance when he has your attention. He would love to have a family all to himself.
Killer is neutered, FeLV/FIV tested (negative), vaccinated and dewormed!
The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA. The first step in adoption is to...
