In some cases we assist pet owners or rescuers who are adopting out their pet directly from their home by listing the pet for them on our pet list web page. In these cases you will deal directly with the pet's owner. Contact information for these "adopt from owner" pets will be provided. In cases of direct adoptions from an owner, the terms of adoption will be dictated by the owner, not The Cat Shack.

Brandy, Buffy and Dazzle are available for adoption directly from their rescuer, who told us the following:  “I am trying to place three 4-month old kittens which were rescued and are socialized. Because of lack of space in the people's home, the kittens are kept outside in a rabbit cage.
They are friendly and use a litter box, but with the weather getting colder, I need to place these kitties, plus, they need more space to run etc...”

 The kittens have been tested, vaccinated for Distemper and Rabies,
and have an appointment for the middle of November to be neutered.
