Burt is shy at first, but will blossom in the right home. His previous family called him King Burt.
After all that Burt and Ernie have been through, they will need to be adopted together. They will do best in a mostly quiet environment. They have been around a dog, and while Burt loved him, Ernie was not the biggest fan.
Their ideal home would have no other pets and no very young children. They are at our Whitehall PetSmart adoption center. If you would like to be considered for these sweet boys, please apply at https://thecatshack.rescuegroups.org/
Burt, and his brother, Ernie, were given up when their owner moved. They were left with a kind person who agreed to temporarily hold them until a home was found, but their original owner ended up abandoning them and stopped all communication. Burt is very sweet, a bit shy at first, but will blossom in a loving home. Ideally he would be adopted with Ernie, but can also go to a home that already has other pets. He has lived with dogs and other cats. He and Ernie are currently at our adoption center at the Whitehall PetSmart.

Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area.
