“What happened to my Mom?” “I was such a good girl…why did I lose my home?” and “What’s with all of these annoying roommates and strange humans?!” This MUST be what 5-year-old Beauty is thinking.  This sweet and sour gal came to The Cat Shack after her owner went into hospice and, sadly, passed away. She’s now at the TCS Dogtown New Britain cat room, but we think she’d be much happier in a home as someone’s “one and only” kitty.

Beauty’s likes include major window gazing/dreaming of a new home, interactive play, treats and ruling the roost from atop a tall cat tree to keep her roomies in line!

Since we suspect some of her grumpiness may be due to her change in circumstance (i.e. missing her Mom) as well as having to live in a confined space with a bunch of other cats, the sweet side of her that we see would likely blossom even more in a calmer home w/o young children; ideally with a middle-aged couple or single person—again, w/o other cats, since she does seem to like the TCS cat room volunteers.

Beauty is healthy, spayed, fully vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
