Don’t let the name fool you; Saber isn’t nearly as fierce as his name. Saber does have some battle scars, but he loves people and would love to be your best friend. Saber showed up in our yard about a month ago. We think someone must have dropped him off. He came to us pretty much right away and has been a permanent fixture on our back porch ever since. Saber follows us around the yard and rolls over to get his belly rubbed. Saber desperately wants to come in our house, but does not get along with our dog. He really needs a forever home. We also live near a busy road, and I am afraid Saber will get run over. Saber’s scars tell the tail of how hard life is for an outside cat. Saber is neutered and has received his rabies shot. While at the veterinarian, Saber used the litter box very well. He is extremely affectionate and a really cool, laid-back guy. Please, give this great cat a safe and loving home. He deserves one.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
