Aggie is a young feral female who came from a horse farm where there were too many cats and not enough food. Aggie avoided going into a trap for a considerable time period and the result was that she gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens. The kittens were discovered at the age of 4 weeks and, fortunately, Aggie finally went into a trap the very next day. She and her kittens came into Cat Shack foster care where Aggie continued to be a devoted mother. The kittens have all been adopted and now it is Aggie's turn to find her ideal home.

Aggie definitely needs and wants to be a barn cat. She will very much appreciate good shelter and food and will gladly help control your rodent population in exchange. Aggie must be adopted with one or more other cats, and there are currently 4 of her buddies from the horse farm also available for adoption, any of which would be a great match with her.

Aggie is estimated to be one year old as of May 13, 2021 and is spayed, vaccinated and negative for feline leukemia and FIV.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

Young KITTENS are always adopted in Pairs or to homes with other felines already in the home. Click here to read why kittens are happier with a buddy!

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
