7/15/09  "JR" is one VERY easy going friendly guy!  He was originally found
as a stray but then his new adopter Mom ended up going to prison and
poor JR found himself homless again.  He's estimated to be approx 3 yrs.
old.

JR is even more beautiful in person and loves to cuddle on your lap.
He can be quite the talker if no one pays any attention to him.  JR
has excellent litterbox manners, is current with vaccines, and has
tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

JR does well with other cats and pretty well with most dogs as
long as they don't get in his face and scare him.  JR is very content
with being an indoor only cat but would do well also in an indoor/
outdoor home as long as it's a very safe area with no risk of living
close to a busy road.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
