Figaro is a shy 2 year old boy who is anxious to get out of foster care and into a good barn home! He was estimated to be 2 years old as of the end of November 2019. Someone had trapped, neutered and ear-tipped Figaro prior to his rescue by Cat Shack. However, he was consistently seen out and about around a home for senior citizens where there was no food supply or acceptable shelter, and which was a considerable distance away from any farms or private homes. 

Figaro enjoys the company of his fellow foster friends but has no interest in a relationship with his foster Mom, or allowing her to get any additional pictures of him! Adoption to a caring barn home with one or more of his buddies is his definite goal. He'll be happy to provide some rodent control services in exchange for his room and board and freedom.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
