Jealous of the “cats in love” videos you see online?  Well, have we got the pair for you!

Honestly, having two cats is easier than having just one because they keep each other company when you’re at work or out socializing. With company, they are less likely to be lonely, bored or destructive, but finding two that mesh can be a challenge, so why not consider adopting a bonded pair?

These two sweet-natured boys are brothers from another mother. Both came into TCS as young kittens born to feral mothers.  Once old enough, they were each placed in the Dog Town catroom in New Britain, PA (near Doylestown), and became fast friends. In fact, they’ve been there so long that we now need to place them in a loving home together.

If you like ‘em big, EENIE (an orange & white tabby) fits the bill and is about 2.5 years of age (as of OCT 2020). Our longest resident, Eenie is a LOVER of ALL kitties. In fact, so many have come and gone since he has been in room, yet he has gotten along famously with every single one!  It’s sad to see him passed over time and again simply because he is a bit shy with people he doesn’t yet know. But he really enjoys petting & brushing once you gain his trust.

FRITZ—a gorgeous marble gray and black tabby—is Eenie’s sidekick.  At about 1.5 years old (as of OCT 2020) he looks to Eenie for friendship and security as he is the younger/smaller of the two, but he also hasn’t met another cat he didn’t enjoy. In fact, he doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body, and would be fine with children that are as kind as he is.

Just imagine each morning when you awake and these two start their “bro dance” with each other, rubbing, head-butting and twirling at your feet!  Both boys need a person/family that will take the time to allow them to settle in and come out of their shells as they explore their new home. If you already have another friendly cat (or cats)—no problem!  It’s the more the merrier” with these two boys.

Both are litter champs, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

If you think you’re a good match for these “brothers” (i.e. kind and patient), please put in an application with The Cat Shack today. Lord knows they’ve been super patient waiting for a home of their own!

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

The first step in adoption is to...

Young KITTENS are always adopted in Pairs or to homes with other felines already in the home. Click here to read why kittens are happier with a buddy!

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
