Update 6/17/09- Carmary is in a trial home!

Camary is is a young adult with a beautiful buff and white short haired coat.  He is the type of cat that gives hugs, rolls on his back and kneeds the air when you speak to him and loves to be picked up and snuggled.  He is the ideal cat for anyone looking for a loving lap cat.

Camary was turned over to a local shelter when the owners could no longer care for their 3 cats.  Camary waited for months in a cage while his buddies all got adopted.  He was just recently transferred to The Cat Shack in an effort to get a bit more exposure for this Extraordinarily friendly and lovable cat! 

Now that he is out of the cage and in foster care, he loves to snuggle with his foster mom, lay on the bed and look out the window at the birds.  He has gained a bit too much weight from his time at the shelter and is a roll-poly 14lbs!  He is estimated to be between 2-3 years old, so he is a young man and still very active and playful.

Camary is FeLV/FIV neg, vaccinated, neutered and dewormed.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $100 adoption donation!
