This 7 week old baby was recently rescued from owners that have too many cats.  She was the only surviving kitten after her siblings were attacked and killed by a tom cat.  This poor baby has one cloudy eye and a limp from trauma inflicted on her in her former home.

Fifi was tested for Felv and FIV.  Unfortuantely, she has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) so she must be kept isolated from other cats and retested in a couple of months.  If Fifi is confirmed as a positive for FeLV, she will need to be an only cat or a buddy to other FeLV+ cats.  Dogs and humans can not contract FelV so she could be a buddy to a dog or a buddy to her humans.

Fifi has been treated roughly in the past and it shows.  She is alternately friendly and affectionate but can become fearful and scared easily.  With love and attention we know this very young kitten can learn to trust people again.  She plays like a normal kitten and loves her fuzzy mice!

Fifi is vaccinated, dewormed and vet checked.  FeLV+, FIV negative.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
