This handsome hunk is Beau!  Beau is a beautiful tuxedo guy who would love to find his forever home. Beau is wonderful with other cats, and has adopted a kitten, who lives in the adoption room with him,  as his buddy.  Beau is a very opinionated cat, he knows what he wants and when he wants it. This is a trait most of us cat lovers find endearing, but Beau's new family would have to understand his ways. He does not like to be made to do what he doesn't want to do, but hey, who does?!!.  If you deal with Beau on his terms, he is a wonderful boy.  Beau is friendly to new people, but would like to live with adults or teens in a quieter house, as he tends to get a tiny bit overstimulated with small kids.  He is great with other cats, and has not had any issues meeting a dog, so would likely be fine with a cat savy dog.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $100 adoption donation!
