Update July 2015- this BEAUTIFUL, sweet, cuddly and gentle 6-year-old cat was recently returned to the Cat Shack rescue when her owner of more than 5 years was forced to move to a no-pet home.  Kali is so sad to have lost her best friend and her home, but she's ready to love again.  This is a TRUE LAP CAT!  She will become your best friend if you let her!  

Kali lived as an only pet for the last 5 years so she would be perfectly happy as an only-pet again, but she's also currently living in foster care with several other cats/dogs and even a turtle!  She's very willing to accept any living situation as long as she can have your love and attention.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
