I'm researching for my Mother who must remove her cat Watson from her apartment at

the Heilman House, Lutheran Home, Topton, PA because he continues to "pull" the

alarm cord in her apartment requiring emergency services to respond unnecessarily.

Watson is a domestic short hair, declawed on front paws, and has been content (except for

the alarm cord), in a small apartment for some time.
