UPDATE - Through no fault of her own, Lady is available for adoption again.  Her owners got divorced, and couldn't afford her care.  Lady is still the sweet, loving cat we met before, and is dog, cat, and kid friendly.  She is currently hanging out in our Dog Town adoption area in Colmar, PA.  Come visit and meet this sweet gal!

Sweet Lady was rescued after a dog attack in Philly.  ACCT took her in and The Cat Shack stepped in to care for her. She had a badly bitten ear and tail.  Also her leg was dislocated. But her leg and tail has healed very well.  Part of her ear had to be removed but it all well now. Lady is spayed and tested FeLV and FIV negative.

Lady is active and loves to play.  Her past troubles have not dulled her sweetness.  She would just love to have her own safe home and family.

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
