2/1/2013 Murphy is now in cat Shack foster care with his sister Checkers.  They are FeLV/FIV neg, up to date with their vaccines and have been recently vet-checked in good health.

This is what Murphy's owner had to say about the cats:

Murphy is a long haired Tabby and is the epitome of a pussy cat, a complete attention hog. Loves to be petted, if your not petting him he will plop down in front of you to make sure you do. Loves to sit on your lap at night while watching TV and sleep at the end of your bed at night to keep warm. As siblings, checkers and murphy do not fight but when they hear a speaker phone on (not a TV or iPad) they like to wrestle but as soon as it goes off, they walk their separate ways. These two cats are the best to watch when they are together.

Also the cats are about 7 years old and siblings, the male is a tabby and is neutered and declawed. The Female is a tortoise and is spayed and declawed. They have been indoor cats from the beginning and are very nice cats, they run away rather then bite or scratch. We believe our 2 year old has some allergies to them, gets puffy eyes when he catches one and pets it.

I work from home and when he is at the sitters the cats come out and play and do cat things but when he comes home they run and hid from him because when he gets one he grabs it with both hands around the neck and lays on top of it. They then tend to bite/scratch and hid for a while tell he goes away.
