Meet......  Gracie!!!!!

This beautiful girl needs a loving, indoor, forever home.

Gracie is a sweet, affectionate adult cat who just wants a warm spot on a windowsill and a lap to cuddle in.  She is the most loving cat!

If someone doesn't adopt her, she will have to spend the Winter in my unheated shed.

Please consider adopting her and PLEASE SHARE!!!!

Gracie showed up on our deck with a terrible nosebleed caused by a virus.  She stayed at our vet's for five days  while they treated her for the virus, wormed her and gave her a flea/tick bath.  She is now still on meds and is being kept in our unheated shed.  She is a very small, frail little girl who just needs a small spot in someone's home and a lap to cuddle in.  She is very sweet and friendly and purrs when petted.

GRACIE UPDATE!!!!!!! After nearly two months of vet visits, hospitalizations, teeth removals, blood tests, other tests and meds, GRACIE is well on her way to a full recovery. When she arrived on our deck about two months ago, she was at death's doorstep. Today, she is making progress everyday and has become a loving, playful, affectionate, friendly lap cat. The sad news is that we cannot add her to our feline family as she has the calicivirus and, although she will be fully recovered in two more weeks, she will be a carrier of this virus for the rest of her life. Calicivirus is a type of cold virus; nothing more serious than that. She may never again exhibit symptoms of the virus, but she could potentially infect other cats with whom she comes into contact. I cannot risk having my feline family contract colds. It's breaking my heart that we cannot keep her, as I have fallen in love with this wonderful cat. So, I'm looking for the perfect person/family to adopt her. She must be an only cat. PLEASE SHARE!!!!!!! GRACIE is just an exceptional animal who deserves another shot at happiness. THANKS!!!!!
