Quinn, shown here with his long-term friend and companion, Peyton, is an extremely appealing senior boy who will quickly charm you! Quinn is 16 years old, super affectionate, and enjoys all the attention he can get. One funny characteristic is that Quinn absolutely loves to drink water from a running tap! Sadly, Quinn and Peyton were left behind when their owner died, and no relatives were willing to take them in. The futures of these extremely sweet boys were at grave risk until they found their way to Cat Shack.

Quinn spent some time at the vet hospital and received updated vaccines and dental care. He tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Quinn is in excellent health but does need to gain weight.

Adjustment to the new foster home took a little time but Quinn is now happily settled in. He does not care for other cats, other than his companion, Peyton, so keeps to himself and reminds the other foster cats as needed that he has no interest in interacting with them. He always is happy to be with Peyton, but the two of them do spend much of their time separately.

Quinn’s friendly, outgoing personality is hard to resist. He will be a delightful, lovable companion in a home with no other cats, other than, hopefully, his friend, Peyton.

Quinn is selective about what he eats and rarely touches dry food. We hope that Quinn will gradually expand his dietary preferences and put some weight on as time goes on.

Please consider providing a loving home to this very special cat and, if possible, his buddy Peyton. Both need and deserve loving care for the final years of their lives and have much love to give in return.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.
