Pease be within an hours drive from Allentown! We are foster based and we do home visits!

12/3/16- Binx is still looking for his forever home. He is such a sweetheart, he likes to be held and loves to sit with you. He has really grown and doesnt need as much time to warm up to new people. He enjoys playing with other cats and gets along okay with dogs. (Small intros are a must)

10/29/16- Binx is all up to date 1-3 distemper vaccinations! He is neutered already as well. He is such a love, he does like to be held for short periods of time. He is VERY active and will need a younger buddy in the home. He loves to play with other cats, very kind and very smart. He is doing excellent and can go to his forever home!
He is still very shy and may need some time to warm up to you, but this wont take long! He is eating very well, drinking and using the box. If you are interested in meeting Binx please apply online and then we will be in contact with you on how to do a meet and greet.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! HE IS AN AWESOME GUY!

10/8/16- He will need a 3rd distemper in about 4 weeks. This will be his final distemper needed for !

9/27- Binx is going to be ready to go to his forever home by next weekend! He was ready before but we are going to hold him until next weekend. He will be fixed and given a rabies vaccination on 10/4. He already has had his 1 and 2nd distemper. He will need his 3rd distemper in about 4 weeks! He will then be completed for the year!
He is a total sweetheart. He loves to be held and cuddle with you. He is okay with other cats and would enjoy a playmate! He does okay with dogs but small intros will be needed.

9\3- Binx is ready for his forever home. He has had his first distemper, deworming and is friendly, playful and likes to be held. He has not been tested with dogs, but he is a kitten and would be fine with slow intos, other cats he does well with. He is box trained and flea free! He will get 1 more month of revolution for protection and deworming. He is such a love. If your interested please apply!
He is not fixed, nor does he have his rabies as he is too young. 6 months of age he will be fixed and given his rabies through the cat shack.

8/20/16- Binx is doing wonderful! His fleas have cleared, he was given capstar and Revolution to combat this! He is dewormed and FIV/FELV neg! He will be given his first distemper vaccination and neutered before adoption (if of weight) He is currently only 2.2lbs. He is approx 3 months of age. Super friendly, super playful and MUST GO TO A HOME WITH ANOTHER YOUNGER CAT/ or KITTEN PAIR! He has not been tested with other cats and dogs as of yet! This will be done also before adoption! I don't see him having an issue with other cats as he is very young. Proper introductions will still be needed. He loves to have his belly rubbed and does like to be held from time to time. He is VERY active and loves to run all over. He can be timid at first, but he will need to get to know you, this will not take long though and he is still VERY young so he will be able to grow with you!

8/14/16- INTAKE: Binx is just coming into foster care with the cat shack. He was found outside and has been tested for FIV/FELV: NEG! He will need to be deflead, he will be given capstar and revolution.
He should be ready for adoption within a few weeks!!

Adopting from The Cat Shack

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

The first step in adoption is to...

Young KITTENS are always adopted in Pairs or to homes with other felines already in the home. Click here to read why kittens are happier with a buddy!

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
